Warbringer Warmaster Edition Bourbon

A big beast of a Bourbon.

Warbringer Warmaster Bourbon is the fruit of collaboration between Sespe Creek Distillery in Oxnard, California, and MMA Heavyweight fighter Josh “Warmaster” Barnett. Some of you might also know Barnett under the name Baby Faced Assassin. Anyway, the Master Distiller of Warbringer David Brandt is a PhD by trade but he uses his extensive experience in chemistry and technology to distill Spirits. His methods include pressure cooking the distillate with the wood, roasting the corn and smoking the mesquite before distillation, and using one of the longest fermentation processes in the distilling world.

Warbringer Warmaster Bourbon is a special edition of Warbringer Bourbon. MMA legend Josh “Warmaster” Barnett hand-picked this cask strength and single cask Bourbon from a Sherry butt. A big beast of a Bourbon, it’s crafted with blends of hand-roasted mesquite, smoked corn, and malted rye. The result is a very well-balanced palate that’s deep and smokey with flavors pine, honey, creosol, and burnt sugar. We were really taken with this one and it seems like the critics were, too.
