It was 1993, the year of T-Rex and doing anything for love when the purveyors of lux Scotch at the Macallan barrelled this fine Spirit in Sherry Hogshead No. 3917/10. It matured for a quarter of a century and yielded 237 bottles of rich and complex opulence. It’s exceptional, and it’s Macallan. But we repeat ourselves.
