The Macallan Exceptional Cask 2017/ESB-5235/04

The Exceptional Single Cask series was launched in 2017 and includes the Macallan barrels that stood out in the meticulous process of sampling and planning the cask selection. Ex-Sherry Cask #5235 caught the palate of Master Distiller Bob Dalgarno with its summery vanilla and fruits character. The Scotch was distilled in March 2005 and bottled in August 2017 at 63.8%. It was originally exclusive to the US and Asia, and it’s a jewel.
