Patrón is one of the most famous Tequila brands in the world. Patrón was created by 7 Leguas Distillery in Atotonilco El Alto, Jalisco. Then it was sold to St. Maaren Spirits who eventually built a new distillery just for the brand — the Hacienda Patrón Distillery in Jalisco — expanding capacity and building the brand into a global powerhouse. In 2018, Patrón was sold to Bacardi — the world’s largest privately-held Spirits company — where the range has been expanded into dozens of tasty variants.

Their Cask Collection Tequilas are some of the most innovative agave-forward Spirits out there. Part of that sexy range, Patrón Cask Collection Sherry Cask Aged Tequila Añejo is their first Añejo that was touched by used Sherry barrels — it spent more than two years in Oloroso Sherry casks. Hand-bottled in extremely limited quantities, this is a gold-colored Spirit with flavors of caramel, vanilla, clove, walnut, and dried fruits.
