Noces Royales, the regal Liqueur hailing from France, marries the noble and delicate flavors of Louis XIV’s cherished fruit — the pear — with the prestigious Eau-de-Vie, Cognac. (Oh, Noces Royales translates into royal wedding… see where we’re going with this?) Pear, once a highly-coveted fruit amongst the upper crust of the Versailles Court, was even bestowed upon the monarchs being crowned in Reims Cathedral alongside a glass of champagne. The fragrance of this Spirit is positively invigorating, with the essence of freshly-picked Williams pears, delicate florals, and a touch of spice, topped off with hints of apricot and almond.
