Glendalough 25 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey

A gloriously old, triple-wood Irish Single Malt finished in Irish oak.

Glendalough was founded by “five friends from Wicklow and Dublin.” They began their journey creating Poitín — a traditional Irish distillate made in very small pot stills (sort of like small batch Irish Moonshine). From there it was a short and easy step into a variety of Irish Whiskeys and Herbal-infused Gins as well. Everything is made by hand with a good measure of love.

Did you know that — to the best of our knowledge — there has never been a Single Malt Whiskey aged in Irish oak casks? Until now, that is.

Glendalough 25 Year Old is a signature achievement. It’s a limited edition triple wood — having spent it’s first aging in ex-Bourbon casks, its second tenure in seasoned Oloroso Sherry casks, and finishing in virgin Irish oak. And taste the results of all that wonder-wood in every glorious sip at a perfect 46% ABV.
