Crafted with 21 botanicals and a single distillation process, it features Rooibos Tea, whose leaves are bruised, fermented, and air-dried to bring out fruity notes. Cassia and cubeb pepper join the Red Bush Tea to capture the essence of the South African Cape. At 47% ABV, this gin boasts lemon pepper aromas, deep tea flavors, and a long finish.
